Roadside chapel in a small park, enclosed by an iron gate, with, among other things, trimmed hedges shaped like the letters of Saint Rita. The chapel was built in 1946 at the urging of Pol De Colage as a thank-you and to further protect the neighborhood against flooding. The architect Leon Van Hove from Hamme designed the plan and Gustaaf Van Haute from Moerzeke carried out the work. The work started on May 15, 1946, and the chapel was consecrated on June 23, 1946.
