Wayside chapel dedicated to Saint Anthony, built against the left side wall of the house no. 45 and located in a bend of the Termstraat. Former farmer's house according to the land registry archive, built in 1846 by Dominique Van Acker and enlarged in 1887 by farmer Jozef van Acker (registration in 1894). According to the current owner, the chapel was built in 1913 after the death of his grandfather, but according to the land registry archives, the chapel was built in 1906 by Jozef Van Acker.
Chapel with a neo-Gothic tint on the street side, flanked by two pollarded lime trees. Brown brick chapel on plastered and grey-painted plinth and under gable roof covered with red, Flemish tiles. Front façade with façade in bright red machine stone; Gable with shoulder pieces under stone cross crowning.
