Chapel in honor of Our Lady of Assistance, standing amidst the forests and surrounded by linden trees. Opposite is a Stations of the Cross laid out as a procession.
Brick chapel with two bays and a three-sided apse, built in neo-Gothic style by contractor A. Smet after the First World War, replacing an older sanctuary. Façade with corner buttresses and segmental arch door with a gable-high tympanum with inscription banderole (Our Lady of Comfort in Distress. B.V.O.). Side walls and apse with pointed arch windows.
Inside: commemorative plaque: "This chapel was rebuilt by the inhabitants of the municipalities of Sinay, Belcele, and Puyvelde in memory of the liberation from the war 1914-18. Administration: H.E. Hellebaut, W. Vercauteren, Ms. A. De Strooper. Contractor A. Smet. Consecrated on September 8, 1920."
