The most interesting feature of this structure is its basement. An underground room measuring 3 metres by 4, dating from the 12th century, as indicated by the ceramic dating it, discovered in 1988. The walls of this room have an ochre-coloured coating on to which the outlines of stonework joins have been simulated, along with graffiti engraved at the time when the coating was still fresh. The interior arrangements consist of three small basement windows, a niche and a staircase in one of the corners. The floor is made from reddish concrete featuring a central stone hole and some smaller holes along two of the walls.
Building listed on 27th July 1993 (basement)
