Restored by Roger Bastin, who is responsible for many buildings in the Namur university district, number 7 of this street is a classic two-story house from the second half of the 18th century, made of brick and blue stone. Its six bay façade is distinguished by the presence of windows with a curved lintel and key bordered by stone tails at mid-height of the jambs. The building originally had two doors, one enhanced by recessed posts corresponding to the corner pilasters and a curved crossbeam, the other simpler, now transformed into a window.
Classified as a monument on December 29, 1978.
