The French communal cemetery is the final resting place for 750 soldiers most of whom fell during the liberation offensive in 1918. What is most striking about this cemetery with its many plantings is the great variation in headstones, which reflect the different religious convictions, and the many graves for soldiers from the colonies. In the cemetery there is a sculpture by French sculptor Bayser-Gratry. In 2008 the war cemetery became a listed monument.
