Description

Brewery Toye is a very recent brewery, located in a building that was once a storage shed for raw flax and for the finished products, coming from the actual flax factory in the largely disappeared buildings behind the brewery. The beer itself, "Goedendag", refers to the history of Kortrijk and is a beer of the heavily blonde type. It has an alcohol content of 8% vol., and is characterized by a fruity aroma, in which a floral hop note is also interwoven.
By appointment, the brewery can be visited by groups. A visit consists of a tour through the brewery, followed by the tasting of a Good Day in the cozy visitor café.
