The Helleketel rises stately between the slopes around the Helleketelbos. In winter, hikers and cyclists will find an ideal stop to warm up to a tasty homemade Picon. The well-known 'boo tents' or a copious Breughelbord strengthen the inner man. In summer, a beautiful terrace offers a view over the hop fields where the vines are the guide to the 'City of the Good Life'. For the first time, this authentic café opened its doors in 1895! In 2018, this is still the stopping place for bon vivants. To the sounds of an iconic jukebox from the last century, Lena pours a Helleketelbier or a Zatte Bie with great pleasure.
