The provincial secondary education institute of Verviers, also known as IPES Verviers or IPES 2, is a technical and vocational secondary education establishment in the Province of Liège, located in Verviers, Belgium, in a green setting, on Peltzer de Clermont street.
At the end of the last century, there was no vocational school for girls in Verviers. Noticing this gap in women's education, a Verviers industrialist, Robert Centner, took charge of such education in 1886.
