On the left in front of the entrance gate to the cemetery and the St. Dionysius church from 1750 is the façade or callstone. It is a silent witness from a time when people understood something completely different under 'social media' than they do today. After Sunday Mass, the village flocked in front of the church to exchange the latest news. For field wardens or municipal workers, this was the ideal time to make official announcements. Thanks to the raised calling stone, no one could claim afterwards that they had not seen the messenger.
