The Notre-Dame de Bonne-Espérance College is a primary and secondary educational institution located in Vellereille-les-Brayeux in Belgium. It was founded on May 4, 1830, in the historic buildings of the former Abbey of Bonne-Espérance.
The college occupies the buildings of the eponymous former abbey, founded in 1130 by Premonstratensian canons. This community was present on the site until the end of the 18th century. In 1793, the monastery was declared "national property" by the French revolutionaries and the canons were forced to leave the premises. The Austrians then temporarily regained control of the region and the canons returned to the abbey.
