The Wérister Coal Company is a former coal mining company in the Belgian region of Liège.
Its activity concession was located to the east of the city, on the edge of the Herve plateau, primarily within the territories of the current municipalities of Fléron and Beyne-Heusay on one side, and further east in the heart of the plateau at Soumagne and Herve on the other side, separated at Soumagne by the concession of the Hasard Coal Company.
