The Tumuli of Omal are five Gallo-Roman burial mounds located in Omal in the Belgian province of Liège in the municipality of Geer. They are situated along the N69, locally known as Chaussée Romaine, an ancient Roman road from Tongeren to Bavay. Along the southern side of the road lies a Roman general under the largest burial mound, while on the northern side of the road, his four sons rest under four smaller burial mounds. The tumuli were established in the 2nd century AD. The tumuli and their surroundings were protected as a monument and as a landscape in 1984.
