Brouwerij Crombé is a Belgian beer company. It used to be a family Belgian brewery, founded around 1800 and located in the East Flemish municipality of Zottegem.
The current manager is Jo Crombé (7th generation).
Although the own spring water is still decalcified in an artisanal way, the actual brewing process takes place in the Strubbe Brewery in Ichtegem. Brouwerij Crombé is a trade name for the recipe and tradition of a renowned brewing family, Café 't Brouwershof, and a completely outdated and therefore unusable brewery installation.
