Brouwerij De Ryck is a brewery in Herzele, East Flanders, Belgium. Founded by the family of the same name in 1886, the brewery is still owned and operated by them today.
The brewery can be visited on request and in groups.
The brewery was founded by the former tanner Gustaaf De Ryck in 1886 after he started learning the profession of brewer in Bremen, Germany. The foundation took place near the church of Herzele, he initially used Brouwerij De Gouden Arend as a name. Because of the First World War, the activities were forced to cease and in 1920 they started again under the name Brouwerij De Ryck.
Three generations later, and under the leadership of a female brewer, eight different craft beers are now brewed. The founder's great-granddaughter, An De Ryck, took internships in England and Bavaria, among other places.

- Special De Ryck
- Jules de Kriek
- Jules de Bananes
