The Kallo lock is a lock in Kallo. The lock provides access to the docks along the Waasland Canal, an extension of the port of Antwerp on the left bank of the Scheldt in the province of East Flanders. The lock is suitable for ships of ECMT class VI
The dimensions of the Kallo lock are: length 360m, width 50m and threshold depth -12.58m TAW. However, the permitted draught is determined by the water depth in the Waasland Canal near the Beveren Tunnel. This is 13.5m, so the draught is limited to 12.25m.
