The Our Lady of Birth Church is a church in the East Flanders municipality of Lebbeke. The church is dedicated to Our Lady of Birth.
As early as 1108, a group of wealthy farming families established a first place of worship in the village center of Lebbeke. Arnold van Beughem, a resident of Lebbeke and chief secretary of Duke Charles the Bold, had it expanded at his own expense in 1470 into a church in the form of a Latin cross. Only the Gothic chancel has been preserved from this.
