La iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Natividad es una iglesia en el municipio de Lebbeke, en la provincia de Flandes Oriental. La iglesia está dedicada a Nuestra Señora de la Natividad.
Ya en 1108, un grupo de familias campesinas ricas fundó un primer lugar de culto en el núcleo del pueblo de Lebbeke. Arnold van Beughem, un habitante de Lebbeke y gran escribano del duque Carlos el Temerario, hizo que se ampliara en 1470 a su costa hasta convertirla en una iglesia con forma de cruz latina. De esta ampliación solo se conserva la parte gótica del coro.
