Haut-Courtrai is a district of the Belgian city of Kortrijk. This district is located to the south of the historic city center. The district covers the part of the city south of the E17 motorway.
The Dutch name Hoog Kortrijk refers to the castle 't Hooghe, which occupies the center of the district. However, the district goes beyond this toponymic description and occupies a much larger area. The Francophone name Haut-Courtrai is a translation of the Dutch name.
