Saint Laurence Church

The Saint Lawrence Church is a protected Gothic church predominantly dating back to the 16^th century. When you look at the tower, you will see that it contains older elements. Feel free to step inside the church and definitely take a look at the wood carvings. The 17^th century choir stalls mark the transition from the Renaissance to the Baroque. The also 17^th century altars are interesting examples of polychrome painted woodwork and give this church interior a rich appearance. The painting 'The Coronation of Mary' by Casper de Craver originates from the monastery chapel in Vrasene and was placed in this altar.
