The Ter Borgtmolen or Ter Borghtmolen t) is a watermill in the East Flemish municipality of Maarke-Kerkem.
According to documents from 1155, the watermill was donated in the twelfth century by Arnaud van Oudenaarde to the abbey of Ename, together with two other watermills in the area. The watermill is located on the Maarkebeek. In the second half of the sixteenth century, the mill was owned by the Count of Lalaing. In 1912 a steam engine was installed. The mill was active until 1967. The owner had the water mill renovated in the 1980s, the iron water wheel was renewed in 1986. The mill has a grinding plant with three stone couples and a cast iron cogwheel and has been made grindable again.
