The Belsele train station is the stopping point of Belsele, a district of the Belgian city of Sint-Niklaas, and it is located on line 59 Antwerp-Berchem – Ghent-Dampoort.
The station was opened in 1899 and was originally named Belsele-Noord to distinguish it from the then-existing station Belsele-Dorp on the former line 56 Grembergen – Sint-Niklaas. From the summer of 1957, passenger trains between Sint-Niklaas and Ghent were replaced by buses, and no trains stopped at Belsele-Noord anymore. In 1973, after the electrification of the line, the stopping point was reopened and named Belsele. At that time, no passenger trains were running on line 56 anymore.
