Description

On the border of Postel and Retie is the protected area of the Ronde Put, 206.20ha.

It is one of the few unspoilt nature reserves in the Kempen and is of great ornithological and botanical importance. The lake and the surrounding marshes and reed beds are located in the middle of an old cultural landscape with forests and small-scale agricultural plots, mainly consisting of meadows.
