The appurtenances on the street side, a whitewashed brick building with a gable roof (tiles) on simply carved modillons, are the former farmhouse, dating from the first half of the 19th century. Rectangular bluestone door. Side gable with roof and wickerwork. Opposite, stable wing with field gate, also finished with wickerwork. Longitudinal barn under gable roof (tiled), brick heads in the side wall; braiding, top piece and an entrance gate under wooden lintel. At the entrance, a chestnut tree planted in 1847.
