The Heetveldemolen or Munckmolen is a grain water mill with an undershot wheel on the Mark.
The watermill certainly existed in 1440 and had given its name ("cour du moelin") to what would later become Heetvelde Castle. Around 1440 the watermill was brought to her husband Wouter van den Heetvelde by Catherine Van der Molen.
In 1904 a steam generator was added, but water power was also used.
It is dammed up by means of adjustable steel (valve) weir with successive lapses of 1 meter and 0.4 meters.
Peg at 25.55 meters.
The watermill, which was rebuilt in 1949, was in professional operation until 1996. The last miller, Richard van Ongevalle, has now retired but still runs his mill from time to time.
The Heetveldemolen is protected as a monument.
