The story is that on the threshold of the church of Berg Raymond Impanis was found on February 19, 1925. He became a famous Belgian cyclist. His nickname was berg's bakery. The story goes that he was found by his mother, who remained unknown, in a rush basket on the sidewalk of the church of Berg where he was found by the local pastor who then ordered the baker of Berg to take care of the child.
