The hotel has the shape of a cottage of 3 x 1.5 and is over 2.5 m high. The ingenious construction takes into account the preconditions that the various residents set for the stay. For example, there is water nearby, the orientation in terms of wind and sun was well studied and nearby a small sandy loam hill was provided, necessary for the mason bees. The hotel will accommodate both insects and small mammals. At the top, for example, bats can take up residence. Lower there is room for rodents and martens. Source: VLAM.be
