Everything begins with fresh milk, straight from the milkman who brings in his cows from the pasture in the morning. Our artisanal ice cream is made according to the recipe of Ludovica, as it has been made for over 70 years now. Everything is also purely natural without colorings or additives. Making ice cream is a passion for us, and our goal is to make every customer happy with their favorite flavor.
