B&B Crijbohoeve

The B&B is part of a horse boarding facility in the wooded area of Zutendaal. We combine our B&B with caring for the horses and maintaining the farmland. The building itself dates back to 1876 and is a typical Kempen long facade farm built from marlstone that was excavated here in our region. We have a cozy bar and breakfast area on the ground floor, where meetings happen very spontaneously and guests find each other for a chat. The rooms are located in the former renovated hayloft. With a lot of patience, we have restored the original structure of the roof framework, giving the rooms a unique appearance. Of course, the building has been adapted to contemporary requirements in terms of comfort and safety so that you can enjoy your stay without worries. We attach great importance to a personal approach and always start the day with a hearty breakfast! In addition to drivers and riders exploring the region by horse or carriage, it is also a true paradise for walking and cycling, for young and old. The access points to the National Park, the Lietenberg (Barefoot path), Kattevennen, Terhills Connectera, the Mechelse Heide, and the Stationneke in As are truly nearby, enough for a well-filled holiday. Maastricht and Hasselt are also super cozy outings for the whole family, we are nicely situated in between. In terms of culinary experiences, our region is particularly spoiled with countless cozy restaurants in Zutendaal and Genk; what could be better than ending your day on a lovely terrace or with a good glass?
