‘Het Lijsternest’ (the Thrush’s Nest) in Ingooigem was where Flemish writer Stijn Streuvels lived. From here he had a beautiful view of the Tiegemberg and Scheldeland region with the Kluisberg. Streuvels was also a real cycling enthusiast. And one of the first cycling tourists. Photo: Collection WieMu Roeselare.
