In the visitor center, which is located next to the Lijssenthoek cemetery, you will learn everything about hospital life and the (re)construction of the cemetery. Every day, a tear calendar tells a different story of someone who is buried at Lijssenthoek. Along the listening wall, voices from the past and present speak to you and along the footpath that leads to the cemetery, the death graph of Lijssenthoek is displayed on 1,392 poles.
