The Sint-Arnolduspark was built at the end of the 19th century, after a few miraculous healings were said to have occurred. A chapel will be built and artificial rocks, ponds, fountains, footpaths and a sunbathing area will be built. Especially the cement rocks, a typical Belgian phenomenon, are worth seeing.
Today, the park is still visited by pilgrims, but hikers and nature lovers will also get their money's worth. There is a playground for the children.
