The chapel of Our Lady of the Biest is also called the Fever Chapel because people come there to pray for a cure of fever. Maps show that there was already a chapel on that site before 1567. For three centuries, the chapel had a history of decay, (re)construction and destruction. The present chapel was built in 1893 and is probably the fourth on this site. A storm in 1983 severely damaged the chapel, but it was restored in 1987. The chapel has a two-part structure. The nave with graceful turret measures 8 by 3.5 m inside. To the east there is a small and lower, three-sided closed choir of 2 by 3 m.
