In the small polder village of Stalhille you will find an address right under the church tower where you should definitely stop. Over a glass of honey beer, you can meet Norbert Demonie, a busy bee. He is a beekeeper, glassblower and basket weaver. Together with his wife Anne-Marie, he runs a cosy shop that was aptly named 'The Atmosphere Maker'. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy a glass of honey wine or a jug of honey tea on the house on the summer terrace. Would you like to see the glassblower at work in his studio? That's possible!
