During the visit, the children are introduced to the large, gentle donkeys Vital, Addo, Pipette or The Three Musketeers and Mozart, Mandragore, Carolientje and Occitane. Some explanation is given about the donkeys in general and the poitou donkeys (French Giant Donkeys) in particular. The donkeys are also always there to be hugged and brushed.
Parents can enjoy a nice Vleter beer and children can drink an organic fruit juice.
Until the end of September, the farm is freely accessible to the public on Sunday afternoons from 2 pm to 6 pm.
During these afternoons there are no donkey activities/walks possible. For a private farm visit with active handling of the donkeys, you must make an appointment in advance.
