This farm is also located along the Krommebeek and has been mentioned since the 16th century. The court farms were usually thatched in the past, but this farm was an exception. It has long been covered with blue tiles, hence its name. The farm passed its name on to the neighborhood. It was originally a walled farm as well. The farm was rebuilt after World War I. The whitewashed house with blue roof tiles gives the whole a rural character.
