For three generations, our natural bakery has been working towards the same ideal: baking a quality bread that gives people every guarantee of a healthy diet. We select the grains we buy ourselves. These grains are of the best quality, because they are grown, easted and dried in a nature-friendly way. We mainly work with wheat, rye, oats, barley, spelt and maize. We grind our own grains with a traditional stone mill that is located under the roof of the bakery. This is our best insurance for the freshness of the flour we use. Of course, no preservatives are needed. With these fresh flours, we compose our specialties every day: we mix the different flours on site. Baking is done without the addition of foreign elements: only flour, water, yeast, salt and vegetable margarine are used. Of course, saltless or fatless is also possible.
