So-called house Van Leuven, from 1970 to a design by P. Neefs. Spacious doctor's house consisting of large beam-shaped main volume of five bays (ridge parallel to the street) in which two smaller beam-shaped volumes have been inserted towards the street - at bay two and four - (perpendicular to the street).
Modular construction of white painted quick building block and concrete with large rectangular glass sections, the dimensions of which can be traced back to modulation. The two left staircases of the main volume, with sitting area, library and music room are more than 4 meters high. Three right staircases with semi-underground playroom, garage and storage room, on the upper floor bedrooms and bathrooms.
Lower extensions with kitchen and doctor's office respectively. Large front terrace on the left between sitting area and kitchen.
