Chapel originally located on the Mechelsebaan, see location on Popp map (third quarter of the 19th century), but demolished when the road was widened in 1971 and rebuilt according to the original appearance with old brick on the Stormschranslaan. Presumably built by the abbess of Rozendaal or her tenant on the Stormschranshoeve in 1688 at the place where Sint-Rumoldus and Sint-Gummarus met, as evidenced by an inscription in the 17th century.
Chapel on rectangular plan with three-sided closure under gable roof (ridge perpendicular to the street, artificial slates). Gabled gable with shoulder pieces and crowning iron cross. Pointed arch door with imposts.
