So-called "Huis Van Ooteghem-Catulle" after the Van Ooteghem family who kept the so-called "Pensionnat d'Ingelmunster" from 1810 to 1844, with 'municipal class' from 1842 to 1844. During World War I casino and from 1919 to 1985 town hall, remodeling underway since second half of the 1990s.
Classicist broad house from the fourth quarter of the 18th century/first quarter of the 19th century; Five bays, at the time presumably with a double house elevation + left gate bay and two storeys under a gable roof (mechanical tiles). Plastered pilaster façade; volute capitals decorated with festoons. Delineating entablature with cornice, and at the level of the gate tooth moulding; Middle risalite with crowning pediment in which wheel window surrounded by festoon, crown and palm motif. Arched wall openings in later belted surround with ears and noses; woodwork from the first quarter of the 20th century. Preserved wing gate with wrought iron panels.
White-painted brick rear façade with more recent (?) perpendicular extension of kitchen at the level of the gate bay. Arched wall openings with preserved 19th-century woodwork; bricked-up door with ditto oculus in the third bay.
Behind the adjoining house (no. 13), utility building under pent roof as a remnant of the former coach house, see the bricked-up basket-arched gates in the dividing wall; In between, a polygonal building cemented with false joints under a slate roof, at the time as a private building.
Modified interior, but with preserved spiral staircase from the second half of the 19th century at the rear. Under the house and under the back kitchen, perpendicular vaulted cellars connected by corridor.
