During the summer months, the track watchman's house or popularly called the 'route house' is the ideal stopping place during a Sunday walk or bike ride through the beautiful Scheldeland.
You can visit this historic location for tourist information about the steam train and region or taste our tasty regional beers.
This service is offered to you by the volunteers of Stoomtrein Dendermonde-Puurs vzw, which also organizes tourist rides with an old steam train on the Dendermonde-Puurs railway line.
