A beautiful red brick building in the far south of the village, on the edge of the large agricultural area between Thorembais-lesBéguines and Perwez. The Ferme de la Petite Cense was rebuilt by the Abbey of Villers in the 18th century. We can see this from the date that has been applied to the barn, the main building and the stables. This large, listed square farm, which is entered along a portal with a pigeon tower, is no longer active today. The very nicely renovated barn is sometimes used as a reception room, such as on April 6, 2006, on the occasion of the visit to Perwez of King Albert II and Queen Paola.
