Located at the back, this small farmhouse, currently vacant, was registered in the land registry in 1904 but, according to cadastral data, was already in use in 1903. It features a brick construction set at a right angle to the street, with four plus one later bay and one floor under a pitched roof covered with tiles. Rectangular wall openings beneath wooden lintels; shuttered windows. The right-angled extension at the back is a slightly later addition that was registered in the land registry in 1907.
