Number 10. Former brewery Houvenaghel according to the inscription on the gate, now a beverage storage facility. Wide house of six bays and two and a half building stories under a hipped gable roof (Flemish tiles). Old core from the XVIII century; preserved left gable at the rear façade; XIX façade ordinance with the addition of a half floor. Built in 1878 (according to building application). Brick list façade on a natural stone plinth. Rectangular windows; XIX woodwork on the upper floor, including profiled intermediate lintels of the first floor. Rectangular door with XIX b-woodwork; two-part transom light. To the right, a corbel arch-shaped carriage gate. Wooden cornice with dentil molding on consoles and brackets.
