Country house in brutalist style, private residence of architect Olivier De Landtsheer, designed in 1973 and completed in 1976. The detached villa is located on a sloping plot of 77 ares, located in the middle of the countryside on a side road of the Gentsesteenweg. The architecture is representative of De Landtsheer's residential oeuvre from the 1970s, a period in which one of his most important realisations was also realised, the former regional headquarters of the Generale Bank (now Campus Dirk Martens) on the Kwalestraat in Aalst.
