Detached townhouse with garden. Separated from the street by a hedge and iron fence between cemented pillars. Two storeys and four bays under complex roof shape (slates) with dormer window surmounted by an arched pediment. White-painted cemented brick construction on bluestone plinth. Very protruding, tower-like, left corner risalite of a bay with chamfered corners, under pointed roof with oeils-de-boeuf. Rather inconspicuous central risalite with cross-arched window in cemented frame with drip moulding and bluestone leak threshold; arched door in flat bluestone frame with drip moulding; cross-arched windows in cemented frames with bluestone sills; bay window surmounted by a balustrade in right bay. Left side façade of two bays: left risalite with playful design and raised with a dormer window with round-arched window and drip moulding with ears. Narrow round-arched window with iron rod division and oeil-de-boeuf on the upper floor. Arched windows in the right bay. Anchored brick right side façade.
