Former law house of the lordship of Douvie, also former inn, type of shelter, with brewery behind it. Corner house at the Douvieweg, and visually belonging to the Watouplein. Double house of seven bays and one storey under a gable roof kinked at the front (ridge parallel to the street, mechanical tiles), from the second half of the 18th century. Moulded façade cemented with false joints, marked by a yellow-painted brick doorrisalite (originally ?). Windows and shutter cabinets. Basket-arched doorway, formerly coach gate, with quarter-hollow walkway and natural stone keystones. Gull-wing door with fan-shaped skylight (20th century). Wooden gutter frame. Five wooden dormers, formerly with triangular pediment crowning, now with curved drip moulding with stretched ends. Cemented, partly incorporated into the right side façade of number 4, left roof. Right side façade; right roof with shoulder piece. Against the rear façade, perpendicular brick outbuildings under gable roofs (tiles), from the 19th century, around a partly cobbled courtyard. To the south, stables. To the north: respectively from left to right, upstairs room (five bays), barn and small L-shaped brewery complex including malt nest.
