Former flax workers' house with warehouse, built in 1936 according to the land register by flax workers Maurice and Robert Garré from Desselgem. Red brick construction under a renewed tiled gable roof. Use of bluestone for the plinth and the lower sills. Rectangular bay window extension on the upper floor with black-glazed tiles at the bottom. Rectangular openings under a lintel. Left bay with recessed entrance and stair light with colored glass, right bay with rectangular gate and former loading hatch (now a window). Some preserved woodwork.
