If you look closely, you can see how cleverly the Hoeve Hof te Putbeek was built. Just above the alluvial part of the de Putbeek. This way, the cows did not get their feet wet during the flooding of the stream. And the meadow was nearby. The grain fields are higher up on the valley wall.
