Single-storey building, composed of two identical double houses with three bays and a floor under a gabled roof on the left and a corner house with four bays and a floor under a hipped roof on the right, designed by architects G. Veraart and E. Richir (Brussels). Double houses with a central arch-shaped door, in the middle of rectangular windows with lattice shutters, topped with dormers featuring an arch-shaped window at the gable peak. Bedroom on the upper floor at the back. Corner house characterized by a left gable with a woven wall and a rounded top; in addition, wooden dormers under a gabled roof; lower rectangular windows under a blue stone sill and an arch-shaped door.
